What delivery options are available?
We use royal mail for all our deliveries. Within the UK we offerd 1st class or recorded delivery. International delivery is shipped via air mail.

How much does delivery cost?
Our 1st class delivery is £3.50, Next Day delivery is £7.00 and international delivery is £7.00.
Orders over £50 apply for FREE delivey (worldwide). Pre order items have cheaper deliverycharge: £1.50 for UK and £3.00 for international orders.

What Delivery Option Do I Choose If I Order From The In-Stock & Pre-Order Section?

If you would like the items sent out separatly then choose the normal shipping option.  If you would like them sent at the same time, then choose the pre-order option and they will be sent out when your pre-order arrives.

When will my order be sent out?
Orders are usually sent out the next working day after an order is placed.

Will I have to pay customs?
It all depends on your country's regulations. This we do not pay for, but we will try our best to put the products through as gift were we can. If you need any special requirements, please contact us.

What if something I want is out of stock, Will you be getting it back in?
Usually once items have been sold we dont order any more, but if you want an item thats sold out, contact us and we will try our very best to order it for you.

Will the clothes fit me will I be too small/big?
All the clothes have been measured and have the correct UK sizing converted from them.

What if the item doesn't fit/doesn't look right, am I able to return it?
You can return the items in there orignal condition for an exchange or refund.

I have seen some of your products cheaper on other sites, why is this?
This is due to the fact they are not actually branded products, the pictures they show may be the same as ours, but the product you will recieve will be greatly different in colour and quality. Please dont fall for this as its just putting money into the sweatshops making these counterfit products.

Can i return an item, if so how long do i have?
Yes you can. You have 15 days from recipt of the product to return the items

If i return something, when will i get a refund?
As soon as we have recieved the goods and checked them over. We will issue you will a refund via the method of payment that you used.

What is pre-ordering?
As we are un able to stock a lot of products, this option is avaliable to give people more choice. At the end of every month we do a bulk order for everyone whom orderd via this section. This usually takes around 1-3 weeks to arrive to us, we then promptly send it out the next working day.

Most of your items are one size, why is this?
This is mainly due to the fact that most people in asian countries are around the same size. All the items have been measured and will have a different size guide depending on fabric etc...

What is the quality of your products like?
All products are sourced from orginal brand suppliers, so we can assure you all our products are genuine.  Many of them even come with a branded carrier bag.
